Brainstorm
Everything I own is on my back, and paid for with my hard earned money. I have no debt, no dates, and no plan. I can go anywhere in the world. Thats freedom. it feels better than any game won, grade achieved, vacation taken, or gift received. That's happiness. I may go a day or two with out food, I might have to sleep on the streets some nights, I never know who's car I am getting into and what they may do, and most importantly I never know if this day will be my last. But then again, no one knows, and if these sacrifices are the prices I must pay to see the world, I will make them. Because every night I go to sleep happy, and it is the purest happiness I have ever known.

Hitch hiked up to Switzerland last week
KMade it to Geneva around 8 30 pm , had no where to set up my tent so I slept on the streets. The next day was a wee bit too cold for me, so I turned around and went back to the south of France. While i was eager to hike in the alps and meet some swiss girls i felt like my time in france was not meant to end just now. Met up with my German friend Jörn whose family has a camp ground. This past week was the first time I literally had no where to go and no where to stay. I had a great time with his family and don't know what I would have done if they hadn't helped me out. I am now in the south of France working in a hostel in cassis.

Should have started with this
I don't have a lot of money, but I do have an imagination to stretch what I have and the passion and motivation to see it happen. I started out by living in Ireland for 2 months but I didn't feel like it was time to go home. I have everything In my backpack and a whole world in front of me. Touristy spots dont appeal to me, but getting to know the people and the land by living in each country I visit is incredible. The kindness that has been shown to me by random people has been amazing, even when we don't speak the same language. The pictures I take don't come near to what I see each day but they are still awesome. Enjoy.
Hitch hiked 750 mile from Glasgow Scotland to Paris France
Met a lot of great people in England, but I got stuck in a little town in northern France called Boulincourt. Took me three days to get out but I got some nice sunrise pictures. After 4 days of traveling and camping in the woods I wandered I to Paris. I only looked a little out of place with my huge backpack, ripped up tennis shoes, and covered with dirt/mud.
The west highland trail
I walked half of the trail this past weekend, about 35 Miles long. Absolutely incredible views, wish I had a better camera.

Dunoon, Scotland
Helping an older English couple turn their home into a hostel. This is some of the work I've been doing. I really had an amazing time here with David and Ann wilkinson and their family as well. It was though to leave but hopefully someday I will return.
